Trip Booking is a multi-company booking and operations platform for inter-state transportation and intra-city shuttle businesses. One workspace per company, complete isolation, and everything an operator touches in a day.
The problem we started with
Most shuttle and inter-state operators in Nigeria run on a mix of WhatsApp groups, paper manifests, exercise books and a phone number written on the back of the bus. It works until it doesn't: seats get sold twice, drivers leave without a manifest, cash disappears between the park and the office, and nobody can say which route actually made money last month.
Meanwhile the passenger expectation has moved on. People want to see a departure time, pick a pickup point close to home, pay online and get a reference they can show at boarding.
What we built instead
Trip Booking gives every company its own private dashboard. You pin pickup and drop-off points anywhere in the country, chain them into routes, schedule trips against real vehicles with real seat counts, and take bookings from your own website, your counter staff or your dispatchers.
Payments, wallets and reconciliation live in the same place as operations, so the finance team and the dispatch team are finally looking at the same numbers.
